ATGLEN, PA — A 33-year-old man is accused of harassment and stalking following an incident earlier this month in Atglen Borough, according to Parkesburg Borough Police.
Police reported that William Wayne Burns was arrested in connection with an incident that occurred April 6.
According to authorities, Burns faces charges of harassment, stalking, and related offenses.
Police stated that a preliminary hearing will be scheduled at District Court 15-3-07.
No additional details about the incident were released.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
