PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — Towne Park announced it recently rebranded as Towne and introduced Nexity by Towne, a new parking and mobility technology platform, as part of a strategy to expand its services and integrate technology into its operations.
The company said the rebranding reflects its shift toward providing broader “arrival through departure” services across industries including hospitality, healthcare, commercial and transportation.
Nexity is designed to combine parking access systems, digital payments, analytics and valet management into a single platform.
Towne said the system will provide real-time operational data and tools intended to help clients manage parking assets and improve performance.
The platform builds on the company’s prior technology investments, including its acquisition of parking technology firm Frogparking in September 2025.
Chief Executive Officer Andrew Kerin said the changes reflect the company’s focus on combining operations and technology.
“Our evolution to Towne reflects our leadership as a multi-service, multi-market provider,” Kerin said.
The company said its services support a range of property types, including hotels, healthcare systems, mixed-use developments and municipal facilities.
Towne employs more than 14,000 workers and has operated in the parking and hospitality sector for nearly 40 years.
