OAKS, PA — SEI (Nasdaq: SEIC) has been selected by Ranchland Capital Partners, LLC to provide fund administration and investor services for its alternative investment funds.
The agreement is intended to support Ranchland’s growth by allowing the firm to outsource operational functions while using SEI’s technology and servicing platform.
Ranchland is a real asset investment manager focused on large-scale ranchland investments and alternative strategies.
SEI said its platform will provide fund administration and investor servicing capabilities designed to address increasing operational demands and reporting expectations in the alternative investment sector.
Sean Lawlor, head of SEI’s Traditional Investment Managers business, said the partnership reflects growing demand for scalable operating infrastructure as investment strategies become more complex.
“As investment strategies become more specialized and operationally complex, there is an increasing need for scalable, integrated platforms to support growth without sacrificing control or data transparency,” Lawlor said.
Ed Bardowski, managing partner and head of capital markets at Ranchland Capital Partners, said SEI’s platform will support fund distribution and investor experience as the firm expands its investment offerings.
“With more than 40 years of experience in the investments space combined with an industry-leading senior management team, SEI was the right choice to help expand fund distribution, enhance the investor experience, and support our growth,” Bardowski said.
SEI provides financial technology, operations, and asset management services and manages, advises, or administers approximately $1.9 trillion in assets as of December 31, 2025.
The company’s Investment Managers business offers operational infrastructure and support services to investment managers across multiple asset classes and strategies.
