PHILADELPHIA, PA — Phenom announced a new artificial intelligence architecture and service delivery model at its IAMPHENOM conference aimed at enabling organizations to deploy and manage AI agents across human resources operations, the company said.
The platform is designed to support enterprise hiring and workforce management by allowing organizations to deploy AI agents tailored to specific roles, markets and workflows, according to the company.
Phenom said the system includes a layered infrastructure that connects data across enterprise systems and enables AI-driven processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding and workforce planning.
The platform includes an orchestration engine that monitors AI agents in real time, applies compliance policies and routes tasks for human intervention when needed.
Phenom said the system also incorporates tools to detect hiring fraud, including identity verification, behavioral analysis and automated interview assessments.
The company outlined several use cases, including AI agents that conduct interviews, manage scheduling, assist with onboarding and provide workforce planning insights.
The platform also includes analytics tools intended to help organizations assess workforce skills, identify gaps and support decision-making.
Phenom said the system is supported by a service model that includes implementation support and training programs designed to accelerate deployment.
“Every organization wants to move faster, but speed without context is chaos,” said Chief Executive Officer Mahe Bayireddi, adding the platform is designed to align AI deployment with business operations.
The company also announced updates to its governance framework, including alignment with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and OECD guidance, as well as a conformity assessment under the European Union’s AI Act.
Phenom said additional details and demonstrations of the platform will be presented during an online event scheduled for April 22, 2026, with registration available at https://info.phenom.com/hr-innovation-showcase/.
Phenom, based in the Philadelphia region, develops AI software for human resources and workforce management and operates globally with offices in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
