Juvenile Disturbance Leads to Threat Charges, Court Ruling

OXFORD, PA — A juvenile incident reported last year resulted in charges and a recent court ruling, according to Oxford Police.

Police reported that on March 7, 2025, at approximately 3:37 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Risinghurst Lane for a disturbance involving juveniles.

According to investigators, officers made contact with three juvenile males who had arrived at a residence to confront another juvenile male.

Following an investigation and multiple interviews, police said a 16-year-old male who resided at the home was charged on July 3, 2025, with terroristic threats and harassment.

According to authorities, the case proceeded through juvenile court, where on March 6, 2026, there was a finding of fact on the terroristic threats charge and a guilty plea entered on the harassment charge.
