FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Patriot Growth Insurance Services has appointed Barninder Khurana as chief information officer to lead its enterprise technology strategy and support the company’s expansion, the firm announced.
Khurana will oversee technology architecture and execution, including platforms, data and analytics, automation, security, and integration across the organization, according to the company.
“As we continue to scale, technology remains a critical enabler of how we operate, support our agency partners, and create long-term value,” said John Galaviz, president of Patriot.
Khurana is expected to work with company leadership to align technology investments with business priorities and support operations across its network of agencies.
“Great technology organizations do more than deliver systems. They create clarity, remove friction, and help people move faster with confidence,” Khurana said.
Patriot Growth Insurance Services, founded in 2019, partners with employee benefits and property and casualty agencies across the United States.
The company employs more than 2,200 people across more than 100 locations in 29 states, according to the announcement.
Patriot is ranked as the 25th largest broker in the United States by Business Insurance and is backed by GI Partners and Summit Partners.
