Toll Brothers Receives Seven Gold Awards at NAHB Home Building Competition

FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL) received seven Gold Awards at The Nationals, an annual home building industry competition organized by the National Association of Home Builders, the company announced.

The awards recognize achievements in home design, merchandising, landscaping and other categories across the residential construction industry.

A panel of industry professionals selected finalists from more than 1,100 entries, according to the National Association of Home Builders.

Toll Brothers divisions in Arizona, California, Colorado and South Carolina received Gold Awards in seven categories.

The company received the award for Best Single-Family Detached Model Home between 4,000 and 4,750 square feet for the Sereno Canyon – Windgate model in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Another award recognized the outdoor living design of the Skyline at Summit in Orchard Hills – Avril model in Irvine, California.

Additional awards were given for interior merchandising in several home price categories.

The Coachman Reserve – Alisia model in Simpsonville, South Carolina received the award for homes priced between $600,000 and $700,000.

The Heights at DTC – Prentice model in Centennial, Colorado won in the $700,000 to $800,000 category.

The Preserve at Kissing Camels – Pinon model in Colorado Springs, Colorado received the award in the $800,000 to $1 million category.

The Volara at Valencia – Altair model in Valencia, California received the award for homes priced between $1.5 million and $2.5 million.

The Skyline at Summit in Orchard Hills development in Irvine, California also received the award for Best Landscape of a Model Complex.

“We are honored to celebrate this recognition of our new home communities from across the country that set the benchmark for excellence in our industry,” said Seth Ring, executive vice president of Toll Brothers.

The company said it also received 28 Silver Awards in the competition.

The Nationals are presented by the National Association of Home Builders Sales and Marketing Council to recognize achievement in home building, marketing and sales.
