MALVERN, PA — CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE) said its board of trustees declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per common share for the period ending March 31, 2026.
The dividend is payable April 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2026, the company said.
CubeSmart is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust that owns or manages 1,510 self-storage properties across the United States.
According to the 2025 Self Storage Almanac, the company ranks among the top three owners and operators of self-storage properties in the United States.
CubeSmart provides storage space for residential and commercial customers, including climate-controlled units in most locations.
