EXTON, PA — First Resource Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: FRSB) said its board of directors on February 18, 2026, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend will be payable March 20, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 6, 2026, the company announced.
President and CEO Lauren C. Ranalli said the dividend marks the company’s first regular quarterly cash dividend since its founding.
“Today’s announcement of our first regular quarterly cash dividend marks a meaningful milestone for First Resource Bank after twenty years in business,” Ranalli said. She cited the company’s financial performance and balance sheet strength in announcing the payout.
First Resource Bancorp is the holding company for First Resource Bank, a Pennsylvania state-chartered bank with three full-service branches serving businesses and individuals in the Delaware Valley.
The bank provides deposit and lending services, along with other financial products for small businesses, professionals and residents in its local market, according to the company.
