EXTON, PA — ACR has appointed Michael Wessner to its board of directors, the company announced.
Wessner brings more than 20 years of experience as a chief executive in distribution and e-commerce businesses. He currently serves as an independent consultant and private investor and sits on the boards of Vertical Supply Group and Tilebar.
He previously served as chief executive officer of Galls for eight years, during which the company tripled sales and increased EBITDA more than sixfold before being sold.
Before Galls, Wessner was chief executive officer and president of Conney Safety Products, where he led a multi-channel strategy and completed several acquisitions. He also served as president of J&L Industrial Supply.
Wessner holds a bachelor’s degree from Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania – Bloomsburg.
ACR, based in Exton, supplies packaging and preparation products to customers in the foodservice, sanitation, hospitality, healthcare and industrial sectors.
