WAYNE, PA — Compass One Healthcare has rebranded as Compass Healthcare, a strategic move aimed at sharpening its market identity and reinforcing its role as a trusted advisor to hospitals and health systems navigating an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.
Company leaders said the name change reflects more than a cosmetic shift. Since 2019, Compass has recorded more than 60% growth across its branded sectors, driven by rising demand for integrated healthcare support services that extend beyond day-to-day operations and into long-term transformation.
Compass Healthcare now positions itself as a unified platform offering comprehensive support across operational, regulatory, and performance challenges facing healthcare organizations nationwide. The rebrand is designed to simplify how the company tells its story while aligning its expanding portfolio under a single, cohesive identity.
“Compass Healthcare amplifies the collective expertise of our sector brands to help hospitals and health systems navigate operational, regulatory, and performance complexity,” said Bobby Kutteh, CEO of Compass Healthcare and Senior Living. He said the change strengthens the company’s identity as a strategic advisor deeply rooted in healthcare while uniting its businesses around shared values and a common mission.
Under the Compass Healthcare umbrella, the organization’s specialized sector brands will continue operating with their established identities and service focus. These include Crothall Healthcare, which provides environmental and support services; Intelas, focused on healthcare technology management and clinical engineering; Morrison Healthcare and Unidine Healthcare, which specialize in food and nutrition services; and TouchPoint Support Services, which delivers integrated food and support solutions.
Company officials emphasized that the rebrand does not alter how these sectors serve clients, but instead brings them together under a clearer, more integrated strategic framework. The organization’s core values — People First, Service Focus, One Team, Own It, and Grow Together — will remain central to operations, with the goal of delivering consistent outcomes across care settings.
As Compass Healthcare, the company plans to focus more heavily on high-level strategy for healthcare executives, including regulatory preparedness, performance benchmarking, capital planning, and growth initiatives. Leaders said the approach is intended to help hospitals and health systems improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance as pressures on the healthcare industry continue to intensify.
