Stormers Shake Up Front Office as Ownership Promotes Two Key Leaders

LANCASTER, PA — The Lancaster Stormers are elevating two longtime leaders into expanded roles as ownership moves to solidify the franchise’s future on and off the field.

Prospector Baseball Group announced the promotion of Michael Reynolds to Chief Executive Officer of the Lancaster Stormers and Alexandra Bunn to Vice President and Assistant General Manager, marking a significant leadership transition for the Atlantic League club.

Reynolds, who previously served as President and General Manager, will now oversee the organization’s strategic vision and day-to-day operations while taking on broader responsibilities tied to long-term growth of both the Stormers and Prospector Baseball Group’s wider portfolio. Ownership credited Reynolds with strengthening operations, expanding partnerships, and helping position Penn Medicine Park as a year-round community destination since joining the organization.

“PBG recognizes how special the Stormers and the Lancaster community truly are,” Reynolds said in a statement announcing the promotion. He added that he is grateful for the trust placed in the leadership team as the organization builds on recent growth.

Bunn, who was promoted from Vice President of Baseball Operations, began her career with the Stormers as an intern in 2017 and steadily advanced through the organization. In her new role, she will continue to oversee stadium and team operations while assuming expanded responsibilities in strategic planning and overall business development, working closely with Reynolds and Prospector Baseball Group leadership.
