PHILADELPHIA, PA — Qlik said it has again earned a Customers’ Choice designation in the 2025 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms, marking the second straight year the company has received the recognition based solely on verified user reviews.
The Customers’ Choice label is reserved for vendors that score above average for both overall experience and user interest and adoption, based on feedback collected and analyzed over an eighteen-month period. Only a limited number of analytics and BI providers qualified for inclusion in this year’s report, and fewer still met the thresholds required for the distinction.
Qlik executives framed the recognition as a validation of the company’s focus on trusted, governed analytics and practical artificial intelligence. Brendan Grady, executive vice president and general manager of Qlik’s analytics business unit, said customers rely on the platform to turn complex data into clear answers that drive real-world decisions, rather than abstract insights that stall in dashboards.
Customer feedback summarized in Gartner Peer Insights points to Qlik’s ability to integrate data from multiple sources while maintaining governance and usability. Reviews cited by the company emphasize confidence in data quality, a comprehensive view across systems, and the ability to respond quickly as business conditions change. Qlik said this aligns with its strategy of delivering context-aware analytics that fit into existing data environments instead of forcing organizations into a closed technology stack.
The Customers’ Choice recognition follows Qlik’s inclusion as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms, which evaluates vendors on execution and long-term vision. Together, the Magic Quadrant and the Peer Insights Voice of the Customer reports are often used by buyers to balance analyst assessments with direct user experience when evaluating analytics platforms.
The 2025 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms report was published Wednesday. Individual peer reviews are available through Gartner Peer Insights, offering prospective buyers additional detail on how organizations rate vendors across functionality, support, and overall experience.
