Police Search for Suspect Wanted in Exton Retail Theft and Fraud Case

EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a 36-year-old man wanted in connection with multiple alleged theft and fraud-related offenses.

Authorities identified the suspect as Andre C. Rogers, Jr., described as a Black male, age 36. According to police, a warrant for Rogers’ arrest was issued on October 31, 2025, by District Court 15-4-03 under docket number CR-369-2025.

Rogers faces several charges, including three counts each of retail theft and receiving stolen property, as well as one count of theft by deception—false impression, and one count of identity theft.

All charges are allegations, and Rogers is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
