LANCASTER, PA — RGS Associates has promoted Benjamin Morton, RLA; Todd Kurl, RLA; and Aaron Bricker, RLA, to the position of Associate, recognizing their leadership, creativity, and technical expertise in shaping the firm’s growing portfolio of landscape architecture and land planning projects.

Benjamin Morton, RLA
Morton is known for his thoughtful approach to community redevelopment and public space design, blending strategic planning with creativity to transform urban and institutional landscapes. “Design is about listening,” he said. “Whether it’s a public plaza or private redevelopment, my goal is to understand the needs of both the client and the community and bring those perspectives together in meaningful ways.”
Todd Kurl, RLA
Joining RGS in 2010, Kurl brings over 20 years of experience in landscape architecture and site design across Pennsylvania and Maryland. His work emphasizes grading, earthwork management, and native plant integration. “I love seeing design ideas become real, buildable projects,” Kurl said. “What makes RGS special is how we balance practicality with creativity. Aaron Bricker, RLA
