McNees Wallace & Nurick Expands Radnor Office with Addition of Attorney Hanley Higgins

RADNOR, PAMcNees Wallace & Nurick announced that attorney Hanley Higgins has joined the firm’s Radnor office as part of its Corporate & Tax Group, strengthening the firm’s transactional and corporate advisory capabilities in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Higgins will focus on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business formations. Her background spans both private and public sector experience, including work with the Massachusetts Securities Division, where she researched regulatory compliance issues and potential securities violations. She also contributed to corporate governance reviews involving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) compliance.

“Hanley’s strong foundation in corporate and transactional work will be a great asset to our team and supports the continued growth of our Radnor office,” said Nicole Stezar Kaylor, co-chair of McNees’ Corporate & Tax Group. “We’re excited to welcome her to McNees.”

A graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, Higgins also holds a bachelor’s degree in global studies from Drexel University. Her addition comes as McNees continues to expand its regional presence, reflecting increased demand for legal services in corporate governance, compliance, and complex transactions throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.
