West Grove Woman Arrested in Oxford on Active Chester County Bench Warrant

OXFORD, PA — A West Grove woman was taken into custody Sunday after Oxford Police officers allegedly observed her entering a vehicle while wanted on an active warrant.

According to the Oxford Police Department, officers were on patrol in the 200 block of South Third Street on October 19, 2025, when they recognized 40-year-old Ashley Rodriguez, who was known to have an active Chester County Bench Warrant.

Police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and subsequently took Rodriguez into custody without incident. She was later transported to the Chester County Prison.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
