PARKESBURG, PA — The Parkesburg Borough Police Department has charged a 41-year-old man following an investigation into allegations that he provided false information to officers during a recent traffic stop.

Authorities identified the suspect as Ronald Rumal Suber Jr., also known as Ronald Eli Bey. Police allege that Suber provided misleading information during a lawful traffic stop on October 11, 2025, in the 500 block of Maple Street.

According to investigators, the incident was not the first time Suber allegedly used false identification. Police reported that he employed similar tactics during a previous traffic stop in Parkesburg on April 22, 2025, and with other law enforcement agencies in the region. The alleged actions were intended to conceal his true identity.
