PHILADELPHIA, PA — Aramark Sports + Entertainment (NYSE: ARMK) announced a series of new food, beverage, retail, and technology offerings aimed at enhancing the fan experience across eight NFL stadiums for the 2025 season. The updates include locally inspired menu items, advanced self-checkout solutions, exclusive merchandise collaborations, and sustainability-focused initiatives.
Aramark President and CEO Alison Birdwell said the company’s goal is to deliver “world-class hospitality and unforgettable moments” while continuing to innovate around fans’ preferences.
Expanded Menus and Local Flavors
At Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, fans will see the introduction of Pick 6 Sammies, a self-order sandwich kiosk concept featuring options such as the Beef and Cheddar with Vermont white cheddar and jalapeño-bacon jam, a Crab Cake Sandwich, and a Crispy Chicken Sandwich topped with orange marmalade and Creole mustard. Other highlights include Franco’s PeppeRooney and Sausage Pizza, the Pittsburgh Pierogi Pileup, and upscale nacho varieties. Two new Steel City Markets equipped with self-checkout kiosks will also provide faster access to fan favorites.
At GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, the Kansas City Chiefs are introducing reusable cups stadium-wide as part of their Extra Yard for the Environment program, deploying more than 42,000 cups per game. Menu additions include the Uncrustable Crunch, featuring a griddled Strawberry Uncrustable topped with fried chicken and sour apple slaw, the Pigskin “Dog” with candied jalapeño pork belly and spicy marshmallow crème, and the BBQ Pit on a Stick.
Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland will see expanded facial recognition Express Access and self-checkout kiosks across Aramark locations. New food offerings include proprietary concepts like John Dough Pizza Co. and Gilded Wing, alongside dishes such as Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese, Elote Corn Bowls, and Michael Symon’s Smoked Brisket Sandwiches. Fans can also celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Dawg Pound with a special souvenir liquor cup.
At Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Aramark is partnering with local restaurants Bird Call, Cholon, and Bagel Deli while introducing the Atwater Grill honoring Broncos legend Steve Atwater. Signature dishes include the Coca-Cola Barbecue Burger, the Jackalope Mac Stack featuring smoked antelope, rabbit, and pork sausage, and the Smoked Pork Mac & Cheese. Specialty drinks like the Mile High Mangonada and football-themed mocktails will also debut.
Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia is adding the Birria Fry Bomb, featuring smoky honey habanero fries topped with braised beef birria and jalapeño provolone sauce.
Broader Stadium Enhancements
At NRG Stadium in Houston, new items include the Catfish Po’ Boy, Fluffy Taco, and Funnel Cake Apple Pie, alongside themed cocktails and mocktails. Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati is launching a wider range of offerings such as the Chopped Brisket Sandwich, Downtown Dogs, and a new Garage Beer Cave featuring Tapin2 self-checkout kiosks.
At U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, highlights include Chicken Lollipops, the Minnesota Lao Brat, Walleye Fingers and Chips, and the debut of Wit Love, an Aramark-exclusive concept serving Philadelphia-inspired cheesesteaks nationwide.
Technology and Sustainability at the Forefront
Across all eight stadiums, Aramark is expanding self-checkout solutions, enhancing mobile ordering, and introducing initiatives like reusable drinkware to reduce waste. These efforts support faster transactions, improved convenience, and a more sustainable game-day experience.
Aramark said the updates reflect its ongoing commitment to deliver “bold, locally inspired flavors and next-generation technologies” designed to elevate the stadium experience for NFL fans in 2025.
