CHESTER, PA — Power Home Remodeling has announced the opening of a new office in Columbus, Ohio, marking its 24th territory nationwide and second in the state following its Cincinnati launch earlier this year.
The company has secured a 19,565-square-foot office lease at the Pointe at Polaris community on Lyra Drive, along with a 14,278-square-foot warehouse to support operations. Initially, Power will serve homeowners in Delaware and Franklin counties, with plans to expand into surrounding areas.
The Columbus location will be led by Vice Presidents Tony Accavallo (Customer Development), Vince Perreta (Sales), and Jadon Sanders (Delivery). The company will offer its full range of exterior remodeling services, including windows, roofing, siding, gutters, doors, and attic insulation, with an emphasis on energy-efficient products.
Timothy Wenhold, Chief Operations Officer of Power, said Columbus was a natural choice for the company’s continued growth. “Columbus not only made sense for our growth strategy, it made sense for our people,” Wenhold stated, pointing to the city’s growing population, affordable housing market, and strong community appeal.
The expansion highlights Power’s broader strategy to increase its national footprint while tapping into housing markets with strong demand for home improvement and remodeling services.
