EAST LANSDOWNE, PA — A 40-year-old man is facing charges after East Lansdowne Police responded to a report of an unauthorized individual inside a borough residence last week.
According to police, on August 5, 2025, at approximately 10:46 a.m., Officer Mengini was dispatched to a home on the unit block of Melrose Avenue following a call from a Pennsylvania State Constable. The constable reported that a man was inside the property without permission.
Upon arrival, Officer Mengini located the individual, identified as Deangelo Clark, allegedly trespassing within the residence. Clark was taken into custody at the scene without incident.
Authorities have charged Clark with criminal trespass, a felony offense in Pennsylvania. Following arraignment, he was committed to the George W. Hill Correctional Facility after failing to post $10,000 bail.
Police emphasize that Clark is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The investigation remains ongoing.
