Man Arrested After Crash; Faces Drug and Obstruction Charges, Parkesburg Police Say

PARKESBURG, PA — A 23-year-old man is facing multiple criminal charges after allegedly causing a motor vehicle crash that left another person injured, according to the Parkesburg Borough Police Department.

The incident occurred on August 6, 2025, at approximately 7:15 p.m. in the 100 block of North Church Street. Responding officers identified Jeremiah Jalen Perry as the at-fault driver in the two-vehicle collision. Police say the other party involved sustained injuries as a result of the crash. The extent of those injuries has not been publicly disclosed.

Following the investigation, Perry was taken into custody and charged with obstruction, resisting arrest, drug possession, and other related offenses. Details regarding the nature of the alleged drug possession and the circumstances surrounding the arrest have not been released.

Perry was processed and subsequently transported to Chester County Prison, where he awaits a preliminary hearing before District Court 15-3-07.

As with all criminal matters, the charges against Perry are allegations. The defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
