Aifeex Nexus Rebrands as Pantages Capital Acquisition Corporation

WILMINGTON, DE — Aifeex Nexus Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: AIFE) has officially changed its corporate name to Pantages Capital Acquisition Corporation, following shareholder approval at its August 5, 2025, Extraordinary General Meeting.

The name change has been filed with the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies through an amendment to the firm’s governing charter. As a result, the company’s Nasdaq ticker symbols will also change effective on or about August 8. The new symbols are PGACU for units, PGAC for ordinary shares, and PGACR for rights.

Formed as a blank check company, the entity aims to merge with or acquire businesses that demonstrate strong leadership, growth potential, and a defensible market position, particularly those well-positioned to benefit from becoming publicly traded in the U.S. The company’s sponsor is Aitefund Sponsor LLC.
