EXTON, PA — Hankin Group is set to welcome new residents to Keva Flats Building 7 this September, marking the latest milestone in the ongoing expansion of its award-winning apartment community in Chester County.
The 24-unit manor house-style building is part of Phase II of Keva Flats’ development, which began in 2024 and will eventually add 96 units across two new buildings. Building 7 will offer a mix of one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, and two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 789 to 1,141 square feet.
Continuing the community’s focus on sustainable design, both Building 6 and Building 7 are being developed with LEED certification in mind. Previous Keva Flats buildings have achieved LEED Gold status and received the PECO Green Award for environmental excellence.

Units in Building 7 will feature premium finishes, including quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, ceramic tile bathrooms, and wood-style flooring. Designed for energy efficiency and resident comfort, the building will also include LED lighting, high-efficiency appliances, water-saving fixtures, increased insulation, and electric vehicle charging stations.
Residents will have access to a robust suite of amenities, including a two-story, 11,000-square-foot clubhouse, modern fitness center with virtual training, rooftop terrace, resort-style pool, multi-sport simulator, and more. The community also supports pet owners with a bark park and plans to add a dog wash station with the upcoming Building 6.
Building 6, expected to open in Fall 2026, will offer 72 apartments with floor plans ranging from one to three bedrooms. The new building will include 50 parking spaces and additional amenities such as bike storage and outdoor gathering areas.
Located just 1.5 miles from SEPTA’s Exton Station and near major shopping and dining destinations, Keva Flats offers a blend of suburban convenience and urban accessibility.
