SEI Appoints Amy Sliwinski as Chief People and Culture Officer Amid Global Growth Strategy

OAKS, PASEI® (NASDAQ: SEIC) has named Amy Sliwinski as Executive Vice President and Chief People and Culture Officer, a newly created role intended to align the company’s human capital strategy with its broader transformation and global expansion goals. The move signals SEI’s focus on scaling its workforce and strengthening organizational culture as it pursues sustained growth.

Sliwinski will oversee all aspects of SEI’s human resources operations worldwide, including talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, benefits, and culture. She will serve on SEI’s Executive Management Team and report directly to Sean Denham, Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer.

Sliwinski brings extensive experience in organizational development and strategic human resources. She most recently served as Chief Human Resource Officer at SKF, where she led global efforts to revamp recruitment, develop enterprise training systems, and drive cultural and performance alignment across the organization. Her previous tenure at Santander Bank included senior leadership roles focused on performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.

At SEI, she is expected to implement a modernized people strategy that supports innovation and adaptability while reinforcing a culture rooted in the company’s values.
