Chester County’s Kylie Paulson Among 31 Awarded LeadingAge PA Professional Development Scholarships

MECHANICSBURG, PA — LeadingAge PA has announced the recipients of its 2025 Professional Development Scholarship Program, awarding nearly $40,000 in scholarships to 31 dedicated aging services professionals across Pennsylvania. Among this year’s honorees is Kylie Paulson from Tel Hai Retirement Community in Chester County.

The annual program aims to strengthen the workforce in aging services by supporting staff pursuing degrees, certifications, and advanced training. Scholarship recipients were chosen through a competitive review process based on their personal statements, professional references, and demonstrated commitment to long-term career growth in the field.

“Workforce development is critical to the future of our sector, and these scholarships are one way to empower dedicated aging services professionals who aspire to grow, lead and make an impact,” said Garry Pezzano, President and CEO of LeadingAge PA.
