Toll Brothers and Gables Residential Launch Luxury Apartment Project in Colorado

FORT WASHINGTON, PAToll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE: TOL), through its Toll Brothers Apartment Living® division, has partnered with Gables Residential to develop Gables Angeline, a new luxury multifamily community in Littleton, Colorado. The joint venture marks Toll Brothers’ first rental project in the state and represents a strategic expansion into the Denver market.

The project, financed with a $57 million construction loan from JPMorgan Chase and arranged by Toll Brothers’ internal finance team, will feature 243 apartment units across four stories, encompassing 331,498 square feet. Floor plans will range from studios to three-bedroom residences, each designed with upscale finishes such as quartz countertops, spacious closets, and private outdoor spaces. Optional private garages will also be available.

Residents will have access to a comprehensive amenity package, including a resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a rock climbing wall, a community garden, a dog park and run, an outdoor pavilion, and a putting green. The community will also include 1,200 square feet of retail space, further enhancing its appeal.

Located at 7900 S. Platte River Parkway, Gables Angeline offers strong connectivity to downtown Denver and major employers like the Denver Tech Center and Lockheed Martin. The site is within walking distance of the RTD Light Rail Littleton/Mineral Station and near key thoroughfares such as C-470. Nearby attractions include Aspen Grove shopping center and Chatfield State Park, providing residents with convenient access to shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation.

John McCullough, President of Toll Brothers Apartment Living, highlighted the significance of the project, calling it a prime opportunity to deliver a high-end living experience in a rapidly growing suburban area. Charles Elliott, Chief Investment Officer of Gables Residential, emphasized the strength of the new partnership and the shared commitment to quality.
