PHILADELPHIA, PA — Qlik® has taken a pivotal step in empowering nonprofits by launching an expanded Qlik Cares program, designed to deepen collaboration and provide innovative tools to mission-driven organizations. Building on over 15 years of experience and more than $40 million in analytics support, the program offers a comprehensive, scalable model to help nonprofits make informed, impactful decisions.

Eligible organizations participating in Qlik Cares will now gain discounted access to Qlik’s full portfolio of data integration, AI, and analytics tools. The program also includes pro bono project support, collaboratively delivered by Qlik employees, certified partners, university students, and customers. These resources will target key areas such as climate action, global health and equity, humanitarian relief, and education.

“In this global time of need, we are proud to enhance our program, Qlik Cares, to mobilize resources from multiple angles—our platform, our people, and our ecosystem—to accelerate the missions of those solving society’s greatest challenges,” said Julie Kae, VP of Sustainability and Executive Director of Qlik.org.

The enhanced program introduces several new features, such as a centralized portal launching later this year to connect nonprofits with Qlik’s network of experts and resources. Additionally, it expands the company’s involvement in outcome-focused hackathons to ensure new solutions are effectively deployed to address real-world challenges.

“For Direct Relief, data is not only the lifeblood of our humanitarian logistics systems, but also itself a form of essential aid,” said Andrew Schroeder, Vice President of Research and Analysis at Direct Relief. Schroeder emphasized Qlik’s pivotal role in advancing the use of data, machine learning, and AI for humanitarian purposes during crises.

The program has also been praised for its ability to deliver hands-on support. “Qlik’s support, both in technology and hands-on expertise, helped us accelerate how we manage information in the field,” said Heidi Cockram, CIO of Medair, further stressing the importance of timely and informed decision-making in crisis zones.

By combining advanced technology with practical collaboration, Qlik Cares underscores Qlik’s commitment to empowering nonprofits with data-driven solutions, cementing its role as a vital partner in addressing society’s most pressing issues.
