Alleged Disturbance Leads to Arrest of Woman on Burglary Charges in West Chester

WEST CHESTER, PA — On December 19th, 2023, at around 2:33 p.m., the West Chester Borough Police Department swiftly responded to a residence in the 100 block of W. Market Street following a report of a disturbance. Upon their arrival, officers discovered that a female victim had allegedly been assaulted by another woman who forcefully entered the residence.

The suspect, identified as 45-year-old Nichole Hansley from Wilmington, Delaware, was taken into custody at the scene and subsequently transported to the police station. Following further investigation, law enforcement officials decided to charge Hansley with burglary and related charges. She was subsequently transported to Chester County Prison to await further legal proceedings.
