Kokedama, an art related to bonsai, is a plant in a ball of compressed bonsai soil, wrapped in moss, and tied with twine! Includes a draft!

Learn about the art of kokedama, a planting sandwiched in bonsai soil that is wrapped in moss and tied with a rustic jute twine. Kokedama is related to bonsai and can be done with nearly any plant. This time we’re working with succulents!! A variety of plants will be available for workshop attendees to choose and design their own kokedama to take home. Participants have use of the instructor’s tools during the workshop and receive the most important workshop aid of all: BEER! One of the many, incredibly well-crafted beers from Locust Lane Craft Brewery is always included, so you must be 21 to attend this event and we’ll be following all PA and CDC guidelines.
