Sharon Wilsie, author of Horse Speak, the Equine Human Translation Guide, will be teaching her ground-breaking system for communicating with horses on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Lasata Farm.
Horse Speak is a practical system for listening and speaking to horses in their language, instead of expecting them to comprehend ours. Because Horse Speak includes listening to horses, every Horse Speak clinic is unique- it is based on the individual horses present and what they have to say in the moment.
Horse Speak is based on the natural language of horses- their gestures, postures and breath sounds. Through years of working with and observing horses, Sharon Wilsie has identified the exact and specific communications of horses and has developed and tested human equivalents that horses recognize and understand. Using Horse Speak, you can understand what a horse is saying and offer simple replies to him that you “hear” him, you “get it”, and you have ideas you want to share with him too.
Horse Speak provides a new method for human-horse interactions. Using Horse Speak, an unprecedented level of trust and rapport between humans and horses can be achieved leading to greater partnership and success, no matter what job we are asking the horse to perform.
Sharon Wilsie is a gifted and inspiring teacher. Her clinics are rich with information, stories, hands-on experiences, humor and compassion for horses and humans.
The clinic will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Lasata Farm, Coatesville Pennsylvania from 9am until 5pm. There are limited spots available. The event is an auditor format, no private horses or sessions. We will provide a boxed lunch with a one hour lunch break. Please supply your own chair.
