Enjoy a moonlit walk along the French Creek Trail. Enter the pumpkin carving contest! For families of all ages.

Join us for a free Halloween Moonwalk!

The Halloween Moonwalk will take place at the Rapps Dam Bridge Trail Head (1134 Rapps Dam Rd.) on Friday, October 30.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AS TICKETS AND PARKING ARE LIMITED. Masks are encouraged for this new outdoor event.

Tickets will be available in 15 minute increments from 6pm-8:30pm. There will be 25 tickets available per 15 minute group. Each family member will be required to have their own ticket. Be prepared to give your name at the check in table, and have an electronic or printed version ready if necessary. Please arrive at the designated time noted on your ticket(s). You will not be allowed to come at a different time due to limited parking and social distancing requirements.

Costumes are encouraged. FYI this walk will NOT be scary!

The walk will start along the paved portion of the French Creek Trail. Walkers will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite carved, lit pumpkin (see below for contest info) and enjoy a walk along the trail under the full moon. Once walkers get to the first pedestrian bridge they will be directed back along the unpaved portion of the trail to the parking lot.

There will be luminaries lighting the path, but we encourage everyone to bring flashlights. Halloween flashlights will be given to the first 150 children under the age of 12.

At the end of the walk, goodie bags of Halloween candy and toys will be given to children under the age of 12 as long as supplies last.
