Traffic Backups, Delays Expected on Route 113, Franklin Avenue in Phoenixville Borough

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Phoenixville Borough is planning a weekday lane closure on Route 113 (Franklin Avenue) between Emmett Street and High Street in Phoenixville Borough, Chester County, on Monday, March 29, through Monday, April 12, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for trench restoration, announced the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT).

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.

Phoenixville Borough will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
