Route 1 Corridor Update Breakfast Meeting: October 6, 2022

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — If you’re a commuter who travels Route 1 in Southern Chester County, you won’t want to miss the “Route 1 Corridor Update Breakfast” meeting on Thursday, October 6, 2022.

Sponsored by the Transportation Management Association of Chester County (TMACC), the event will take place from 7:30 AM until 9:30 AM at the new Kennett Square municipal building located at 600 South Broad Street.

At the breakfast meeting, speakers will discuss current and upcoming improvements to the Route 1 Corridor – a vital, highly used connector to many of Southern Chester County’s communities, as well as Maryland and Delaware.

TMACC will also share information on ancillary projects of connecting highways, roads, trails and future alternative fuel designations.

Speakers will include:

  • Tim Stevenson – PennDOT District 6-0
  • Michael Holva, P.E. – PennDOT District 6-0, Project Manager

  • Jaren Bailey, P.E. – WSP, Project Engineer
