Roadway Construction Planned on Reeceville Road in West Brandywine Township

WEST BRANDYWINE TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that construction is planned on Reeceville Road in West Brandywine Township, Chester County after undermining of the roadway was discovered.

The following travel restriction has been announced:

  • A 24/7 lane closure has been erected on Reeceville Road between Beechwood Drive and Old Spring Road. Traffic flow will be controlled through signage. The lane closure will remain in place until work begins and repairs are completed.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
