Pipe Replacement Scheduled in Bucks, Chester Counties

Lane Restrictions

CHESTER COUNTY, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that pipe replacements are scheduled on several state highways in Bucks and Chester counties.

The following travel restrictions are scheduled:

  • Tuesday, January 3, through Friday, January 6, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure is scheduled on Route 113 (Kimberton Road) between Hunt Club Lane and Route 401 (Conestoga Road) in West Pikeland Township, Chester County;
  • Tuesday, January 3, through Friday, January 6, weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure is scheduled on Fernhill Road between Exeter Drive and Brinton Place Road/Brinton Avenue in West Goshen Township, Chester County; and
  • Tuesday, January 3 through early April 2023, weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, periodic lane closures are scheduled on northbound Route 611 (Easton Road) between Bristol Road and Kelly Road in Warrington Township, Bucks County.

Drivers are being advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays may occur. The schedule is weather dependent.

Highway Materials, Inc of Flourtown, Montgomery County, is the general contractor on this $14.9 million project, which is financed with 100% state funds.
