lane closures

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that construction will take place on several state highways next week on Monday, January 16, through Friday, January 20, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, in Bucks and Chester counties, for embankment repair and guiderail installation under a project to repair state highways that sustained damage from the remnants of Hurricane Ida in September 2021.

The work schedule and single lane closures with flagging are:

  • Route 332 (Richboro Road) between Rock Way and St. Leonards Road in Northampton Township, Bucks County;
  • Kumry Road between Weisel Road and Rosenberger Road in Milford Township, Bucks County;
  • Route 82 (Manor Road) between Route 340 (Kings Highway) and Dogwood Dell Drive in West Brandywine Township, Chester County; and
  • Route 23 (Ridge Road) between Sweet Water Road and Stanley Lee Drive in West Nantmeal Township, Chester County.

Motorists should allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
