PECO Utility Improvement Begins Next Week on U.S. 30 in Tredyffrin, Willistown Townships

CHESTER COUNTY, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that PECO Energy will begin utility construction next week on U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) in Tredyffrin and Willistown townships, Chester County.

The work schedule and location are:

  • Wednesday, January 18, through Friday, February 24, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure is scheduled in both directions on U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) between Manor Road and Route 252 (Leopard Road/Bearhill Road).

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.

PECO Energy will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
