PECO Utility Improvement Begins Next Week on Manor Avenue in Downingtown Borough

DOWNINGTOWN, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that PECO Energy will begin performing utility construction next week on Manor Avenue in Downingtown Borough, Chester County.

The work schedule and location are:

  • Friday, February 10, through Friday, February 24, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure is scheduled on Manor Avenue between U.S. 322 (Manor Avenue) and Campbell Drive.

Motorists are being advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

PECO Energy will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
