Lincoln Avenue Closed for Pipe Replacement in West Goshen Township, Chester County

Lincoln Avenue closed this afternoon between Montgomery Avenue and Garfield Street in West Goshen Township, Chester County for pipe replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. The closure will be in place through Monday, July 29.

During the closure, Lincoln Avenue motorists will be directed to use Montgomery Avenue, Virginia Avenue and Garfield Street. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the construction area because slowdowns and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent and subject to change.
