WEST CHESTER, PA — Synclare Little, 24, of Boyertown, PA, was recently sentenced to 5-10 years in prison after pleading guilty to Drug Delivery Resulting in Death.

In April 2019, the defendant delivered fentanyl to Ryan Lowery at a Walgreens in Norristown; the next day the victim was found dead of an overdose in a lobby bathroom at Phoenixville Hospital’s Emergency Room.

Phoenixville Police found correspondence on the victim’s cell phone between the defendant and the victim arranging for the drug delivery which later led to her was arrest.

Judge Jacqueline Cody presided over the case, and Phoenixville Police handled the investigation. Deputy District Attorney William Judge was the prosecutor.
