West Chester Police Arrest Man for Burglary

WEST CHESTER, PA — On Sunday, February 9, 2020, West Chester Borough Police responded to the 700 block of South Walnut Street, West Chester for the report of a burglary in progress.

While on location, Officers arrested Yacub Sanchez, a 19-year-old from Bryn Mawr, inside the residence of the victim.

Sanchez was transported back to the West Chester Borough Police Department where he was processed and then transported to Chester County Prison for arraignment.

The suspect is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
