WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department initiated an investigation into the sale of Cocaine by Thomas Plumb-Hinde, a 26-year-old male from West Chester, PA, in December of 2019.
Police say, as a result of their investigation, a warrant was issued for Plumb-Hinde, who was taken into custody without incident on Saturday, August 22, 2020.
The defendant was charged with 3 counts Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine), 3 counts Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine), 3 counts Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 3 counts Criminal Use of a Communication Facility.
Plumb-Hinde was arraigned in front of Judge Tartaglio at District Court 15-1-02 and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
The West Chester Police Department was assisted in their investigation by the West Goshen Police Department and the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department.
A suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
