NORTH COVENTRY TOWNSHIP, PA — The North Coventry Police Department is asking the assistance of the public to help identify the suspect in the investigation of a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred on Sunday, June 28, 2020, at approximately 12:50 PM, at the Wawa 260 W. Schuylkill Road, North Coventry Township.

According to authorities, on that date and time, a witness observed a black male enter an unlocked and unoccupied vehicle, parked in front of the store, and remove a wallet from the front seat of the vehicle.

The witness observed the actor get into another vehicle and leave the area. The victim was inside the store at the time of the theft and was advised of the incident by the witness.

Store security cameras were able to capture images of the suspect. North Coventry Police are asking the public assistance to identify the suspect. Anyone with information regarding this investigation is requested to call (610) 323-8360 or submit a tip online.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
