WEST CHESTER, PA — A Chester County jury convicted Jamane Raynor, age 32, of Philadelphia, of Drug Delivery Resulting in Death, 4 counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver, and numerous other charges after selling heroin, fentanyl and methamphetamine to 40-year old Nicholas Mincarelli in July 2019, that resulted in his death.

Another man, Jansen Stadelmaier, of Phoenixville, pleaded guilty earlier this year for his role in the victim’s death. The victim was found dead of a drug overdose in his parent’s basement.

Stadelmaier, who testified at the trial, directed police to his apartment’s extensive video surveillance system that showed Raynor packaging and selling the fatal drugs to the victim.

Both Raynor and Stadelmaier will be sentenced at a later date.

The Phoenixville Police Department conducted the investigation. Chester County Assistant District Attorneys Vince Cocco and Scott Werner handled the prosecution.
