WEST CHESTER, PA — West Chester Police have charged Cullen James Malone, a 19-year-old from Huntington Valley, PA, with Resisting Arrest, Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct.

According to authorities, on Saturday, August 22nd, 2020, at approximately 2:37 am, West Chester Police officers observed three males attempting to climb a secured gate of a property in the 600 block of South Bolmar Street.

The males observed Police a ran into a nearby wooded area. Police searched the area for a period of time before observing one male run from the woods towards East Nields Street.

After a short foot pursuit, the male identified as Cullen James Malone was taken into custody. Malone was released on a court summons.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
