WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department announced that on Sunday, February 14, 2021, officers responded to the 200 block of South Walnut Street for the report of a package theft.

Authorities state that during an investigation, it was discovered the offender, seen in surveillance video, stole multiple packages from multiple residences in the Borough of West Chester.

The offender was seen wearing light-colored pants, and a dark jacket over a light-colored sweatshirt. Additionally, the actor was also wearing a do-rag that seems pink in color.

The suspect appeared to be utilizing a newer model dark-colored Dodge Grand Caravan for transportation.
