Young Cochranville Teens Charged with Armed Robbery in Parkesburg

PARKESBURG, PA — Parkesburg Police have charged two young teens in connection with an armed robbery at the Turkey Hill Market, located at 10 E 1st Ave in Parkesburg.

Authorities state that two male juveniles from Cochranville, ages 13 and 14, are charged with armed robbery and related criminal offenses after the armed duo entered the Turkey Hill Market on November 4, 2021. brandishing a 2-tone silver and black handgun. The two entered the store, just before midnight, announcing a robbery and pointing their handgun at the clerk. There were no injuries to store employees or customers.

On November 8, Parkesburg Police Detectives and Pennsylvania State Troopers from the Avondale Barracks confirmed the identification of suspects, executing a search warrant on November 9, in Cochranville, where evidence from the Parkesburg robbery was recovered. West Fallowfield Police assisted detectives in the service of the search warrant.
