EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department announced they hold an arrest warrant for 35-year-old Ashley M. Avila.
The warrant was granted on Monday, November 14, 2022, by the Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-4-03. Avila is wanted on charges of Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
