WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department recently apprehended a 21-year-old male suspect believed to be linked to an alleged robbery.
Javier Sotelo, a resident of West Chester, has been charged with Robbery, Theft, and Assault
The criminal complaint alleges that on April 22, 2023, at 9:00 am, Officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of E Gay St for a report of an assault. Following the investigation, Javier Sotelo was identified and arrested as the perpetrator on April 26, 2023.
A preliminary hearing is pending at District Court 15-1-04.
